   The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic office has awarded a joint venture between EnSafe, Inc. (Memphis, TN) and AECOM Technology Corp. (Los Angeles, CA) a Comprehensive, Long-Term Environmental Action Navy (CLEAN) contract to support several cleanup programs at Navy and Marine Corps facilities in the eastern, midwestern, and northwestern United States. Under the contract, the joint venture, which is called Resolution Consultants, Inc., will provide environmental consulting services in connection with the Navy’s Environmental Restoration Program, Munitions Response Program, and other similar programs. The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract has an estimated value of $200 million over its five-year lifetime.
